Addicted to Food ?!?!

Addicted or Not Addicted that's my Question.lol ..Okay So the thing is I think im addicted to food . Like i cant stop thinking about food all the time i cant even eat then go shopping for food and not think about going home and eatting or trying everything we bought . and then its like once i start snacking i cant stop im a big snacker . I snack all the time like i feel like i can eat a full meal and be stuffed and then be like i never ate anything 10 to 20 Minutes later and that scares me alot .Because Being addicted to food and Dieting isnt easy to do .How do you control that?. How can you control your mind from thinking about food 24\7 when its everywhere on the TV , Internet, Books and all up and down the middle of town .How is a  Girl Suppose to control her self when living in the U.S and Everything is bigger sizes including people .. makes me wanna scream like idk i have went and seen someone once about my eatting habits and they just basicly told me to stop and picked on everything i was eating or doing in my life and told me i needed to change and then didnt show me how . ..Like whats a girl to do . I dont want this to get out of control .Id love to keep my weight under control and lose what i have to lose so that i can get pregnant and my future baby to be healthy and have a chance to grow inside me full term . This could be my last round of 2.5mg Letrozol aka Femara . My dr waited until i started my cycle on my own and now im started round 4  of the femara so fingers crossed . Dose anyone know if Metformin makes you eat more or less ? im not really sure how this weight loss journey will go but im hoping for the best.i have to much riding on this . wish me luck !!
